The Season Finale Reception and
Raffle a Triumph!
We ended our season by performing with Cantiamo! in The Triumph of the Spirit, and what a Triumph it was. The concert was outstanding and the Reception and Raffle provided a delightful and favorable celebration. Congratulations to all the raffle prize winners and thank you for your participation in establishing a new EMCO tradition.

Congratulations on a superb concert last Friday night, May 8! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed the entire program. Beethoven's 2nd is one of Jeff's favorites, one he listens to regularly. He was most impressed with the brass section's masterful performance of this symphony. As always, we were dazzled by David Dally's skill, and a fresh thrill was hearing Sebastian's voice teacher, Lori Schulman, who just sparkled. We took Lori's voice student Michelle Miracle to the concert, at her request, and I think Lori's performance in particular served to motivate and encourage Michelle in her vocal endeavors. The same may have been true for Sebastian regarding Malia's fantastic piano performance. Everything, just everything, was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you for putting all of it on that program. And thank you for rounding out our enjoyment with the great raffle and reception. Please relay my gratitude for a job well done to all who were involved in making the concert such a terrific success.
Congratulations to both Ensemble Monterey and Cantiamo! on finishing their respective seasons with a tour de force of talent and musicianship. We're so glad we get to experience both groups near to our home and both groups combined at least once a year. ~ Sonya Newlyn
Sharon and I found the evening performance amazing. We didn't want it to end. The wonderful music and performances are still ringing in my ears. What a great turnout of support. We both are so glad you encouraged us to attend and will spread the word. Thank you, thank you!! I wish I had it on a DVD. I would play it all the time!!!! When does the next season begin?
